In the matter of H. J. WALTON, LIMITED (in liquidation).
NOTICE is hereby given that by Order of the Supreme Court at Christchurch, dated the 13th day of April, 1950, the Official Assignee in Bankruptcy for the District of Canterbury was appointed liquidator of the above-named company and the following persons were appointed a committee of inspection to act with the said Official Assignee in the liquidation of the affairs of the said company—namely, JOSEPH MELMER PRESTON, of Christchurch, Public Accountant, and GRACE STEWART, of Christchurch, a former director of the said company.

In the matter of the Companies Act, 1933, and in the matter of EMULSIFIED ASPHALTS (N.Z.), LTD.
PURSUANT to section 222 of the Companies Act, 1933, notice is hereby given that the following special resolution was passed at an extraordinary general meeting of the company duly convened and held at the registered office of the company, 34 Customhouse Quay, Wellington, on Wednesday, 26th April, 1950.

In the matter of the Industrial and Provident Societies’ Act, 1908, and in the matter of the Wellington Citizens’ Co-operative Society, Ltd.
THE liquidator of the Wellington Citizen’s Co-operative Society, Ltd., which is being wound up voluntarily, doth hereby fix the 19th day of May 1950, as the day on or before which the creditors of the society are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority under section 258 of the Companies Act, 1933, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to such distribution.
