Unclaimed Lands.—Notice by the Public Trustee Under the Public Trust Office Act, 1908 (Part II), and its Amendments

To the owner of the following land, that is to say: All that parcel of land containing 1 rood 2 perches, more or less, being Section 7 of Block I of the Town of Beauly, as shown on the plan endorsed on Crown grant No. 31909, to John Patton, of Beauly, Settler, and being the whole of the land comprised in certificate of title, Volume 211, folio 98, of the Register-book at Dunedin.

WHEREAS, after due inquiry, the owner of the above-described land cannot be found: And whereas the said owner has no known agent in New Zealand:

Now, the Public Trustee hereby calls upon such owner, within six months of the date of the publication of this notice in this Gazette, to establish to the satisfaction of the Public Trustee his title to the said land, and if he fails or neglects so to do the Public Trustee will exercise as regards the said land the powers and authorities granted to him in and by the Public Trust Office Act, 1908 (Part II), and its amendments.

List of Persons Authorized to Perform Vaccination Against Tuberculosis

NOTICE is hereby given that under Regulation 7 of the Tuberculosis Regulations 1949, the following persons (all being registered medical practitioners), and being additional to those contained in N.Z. Gazette No. 59, dated 13th October, 1949, page 2453, have been approved as qualified to perform vaccinations against tuberculosis in accordance with the provisions of the aforesaid regulations:—

Road Closed by Order of the Maori Land Court

Wellington, 4th May, 1950.

NOTICE is hereby given that the piece of road described in the Schedule hereto has been declared closed and revested in the owner of the land found entitled thereto by order of the Maori Land Court at Rotorua on the 12th day of September, 1949, pursuant to section 488 of the Maori Land Act, 1931.


SCHEDULE

ALL that area of public road in the South Auckland Land District, being portion of the road passing through or adjoining Lot 1 and Lot 3, being parts Hinuera No. 1B No. 2 Block, situate in Block IX, Tapapa Survey District, as the same is more particularly shown on plan lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor, at Auckland, marked M.L.C. 16756, and thereon coloured green.

Declaring Land to be Subject to Part I of the Maori Land Amendment Act, 1936

PURSUANT to section 4 of the Maori Land Amendment Act, 1936, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be subject to Part I of the said Act and to be included in the Maniapoto Development Scheme


SCHEDULE

ALL that area of land in the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land Court District containing 15 acres 2 roods 32 perches, more or less, called or known as Awaroa A 3B 2A 1B, Block XV, Kawhia North Survey District.

Declaring Land to be Subject to Part I of the Maori Land Amendment Act, 1936

PURSUANT to section 4 of the Maori Land Amendment Act, 1936, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be subject to Part I of the said Act and to be included in the Hokianga Development Scheme.
