Notice of Intention to Take Land Together With a Right-of-Way Over Land for Broadcasting Purposes (Studio) in the City of Nelson
NOTICE is hereby given that it is proposed, under the provisions of the Public Works Act, 1928, to execute a certain public work—to wit, the erection of a broadcasting studio—and for the purposes of such public work the land described in the Schedule hereto, together with a right-of-way over the piece of land coloured red on certificate of title, Volume 29, folio 207 (Nelson Land Registry), and leading into Hardy Street, is required to be taken: And notice is hereby further given that the plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited in the Post-office at Nelson and is there open for inspection; and that all persons affected by the execution of the said public work or by the taking of the said land should, if they have any well-grounded objections to the execution of the said public work or to the taking of such land, set forth the same in writing, and send such writing within forty days from the first publication of this notice, to the Minister of Works at Wellington.

Being part Section 445 on the plan of the City of Nelson, and being also all the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 29, folio 207 (Nelson Land Registry).
In the Nelson Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 130652, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon edged green.

ADDENDUM, February, 1950, to the New Zealand Formulary:—
NEW ZEALAND FORMULARY, PART 2.
The reference in this part of the New Zealand Formulary to the First Schedule to the rules of Prescription Pricing shall, where applicable, be deemed to be to the Prescription Pricing Supplement 1950/2, issued by the Pharmacy Plan Industrial Committee. This amendment shall take effect with respect to all medical prescriptions and midwifery orders (whatever the date thereof) that are presented to a contractor for fulfilment on or after the 1st May, 1950.
