Land Taken for Hospital Purposes (Laundry) in the Borough of Onehunga

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for hospital purposes (laundry) and shall vest in the Auckland Hospital Board as from the date hereinafter mentioned ; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 8th day of May, 1950.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken : 6 acres 1 rood 22 perches.
Being part Allotment 65, Small Lots near Onehunga.
Situated in Block I, Otahuhu Survey District (Borough of Onehunga), (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 33841.)
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 131330, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 28th day of April, 1950.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, and section 30 of the Finance Act (No. 2), 1945, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for better utilization ; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 8th day of May, 1950.
