NOTICE is hereby given that the purposes of the trusts created by the rules and amendments thereto of the above-named plaintiff society having become impracticable and inexpedient and as to part thereof impossible, a scheme under the provisions of the above Act for the disposal of the property held by the plaintiff upon other charitable trusts has been prepared and has been submitted to His Majesty’s Attorney-General for New Zealand, and notice is also given that a copy of such scheme and of the Attorney-General’s report thereon has been filed in the office of the Registrar of the Supreme Court at Dunedin and is open to inspection by the public without any fee or charge; and notice is also given that an application will be made to the Supreme Court at Dunedin, on Wednesday the 31st day of May, 1950, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, or so soon thereafter as counsel for the parties concerned can be heard for an Order for the adoption of the said report and approval of the said scheme.

FEATHERSTON COUNTY COUNCIL
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND
In the matter of the Counties Act, 1920, and in the matter of the Public Works Act, 1928.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Featherston County Council proposes, under the provisions of the above-mentioned Acts, to execute a certain public work—namely, the realignment and alteration of a public road—and for the purposes of such public work the lands described in the Schedule hereto are required to be taken: And notice is hereby further given that a plan of the lands so required to be taken is deposited in the public office of the Clerk to the said Council, situate at Kitchener Street, Martinborough, and is open for inspection without fee by all persons during ordinary office hours; all persons affected by the execution of the said public work or by the taking of such lands who have any well-grounded objections to the execution of the said public work or to the taking of the said lands must state their objections in writing and send the same, within forty days from the first publication of this notice, to the County Clerk at the Council Chambers, Kitchener Street, Martinborough.

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND
NOTICE is hereby given that it is proposed, under the provisions of the Public Works Act, 1928, to execute a certain public work—to wit, the construction of a road—and for the purposes of such public work the lands described in the Schedule hereto are required to be taken: and notice is hereby further given that plans of the lands so required to be taken are deposited in the office of the Greymouth Borough Council, Tainui Street, Greymouth, and are there open for inspection; and that all persons affected by the execution of the said public work or by the taking of the said lands, should, if they have any well-grounded objection to the execution of the said public work or to the taking of such land, set forth the same in writing and send such writing, within forty days from the first publication of this notice (which will be on the 22nd day of April, 1950), to the Town Clerk at Greymouth.

(1) All that parcel of land containing 1 acre 1 rood 34 perches, more or less, being that portion of Section 360, Block XXI, Maori Reserve No. 31, Borough of Greymouth, shown coloured blue on plan No. 4502, deposited as aforesaid.
(2) All those parcels of land containing in all 1 rood 6·7 perches, more or less, being Lot 9 and part Lot 6, Deposited Plan 807, Part Section 340, Block 40, Maori Reserve No. 31, on plan No. 4606, deposited as aforesaid.
