I, DAFYDD STRACHAN EVANS, Assistant Registrar of Incorporated Societies, do hereby declare that, as it has been made to appear to me that the Hawarden Scottish Society (Incorporated) is no longer carrying on its operations, the aforesaid society is hereby dissolved in pursuance of section 28 of the Incorporated Societies Act, 1908.

LOST SHARE CERTIFICATE
APPLICATION has been made to the above company to issue a new certificate of title to Shares Nos. 2541995 to 2542000, both inclusive, in lieu of original certificate No. 8676, issued in the name of WILLIAM BOAG, of Rakaia, and the said WILLIAM BOAG has made a statutory declaration that the original certificate of title to the said shares has been lost.
Notice is hereby given that unless within thirty days from date hereof there is made to the company some claim or representation in respect of the said original certificate, a new certificate will be issued in place thereof.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP
NOTICE is hereby given that the partnership heretofore subsisting between the undersigned SHAW, SAVILL, AND ALBION COMPANY, LIMITED, a company duly incorporated in England, and having its head office for New Zealand in the City of Wellington, and LEVIN AND COMPANY, LIMITED, a duly incorporated company having its registered office in the City of Wellington, carrying on business as wool-store proprietors at Kaiwarra in the City of Wellington, has been dissolved as from the 31st day of March, 1949, by mutual consent, from which date the said SHAW, SAVILL, AND ALBION COMPANY, LIMITED, ceased to have any interest in the said business. Any debts owing by or to the said partnership business will be discharged or received (as the case may be) by the said LEVIN AND COMPANY, LIMITED, which will continue to carry on the business as the sole proprietor under its own name.

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND
In the matter of the Public Works Act, 1928, and the Municipal Corporations Act, 1933.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Dunedin (hereinafter called the said Corporation) proposes under the provisions of the above-mentioned Acts to execute a certain public work—namely, to widen Dale Street in the City of Dunedin—and for the purposes of such public work the land described in the Schedule hereto requires to be taken: And notice is hereby further given that a plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited in the Municipal Chambers of the said corporation situated in the Octagon, in the said City of Dunedin, and is open for inspection without fee by all persons during ordinary office hours and that all persons affected by the execution of the said public work or by the taking of the said land should, if they have any well-grounded objection to the execution of the said public work or to the taking of such land, set forth the same in writing and send such writing, within forty days from the first publication of this notice, to the Town Clerk of the said Corporation.
SCHEDULE
THAT piece of land situated in the City of Dunedin, Township of Anderson containing 1·25 poles, being part of Allotment 59D, deposited plan 1028, and that piece of land situated in the City of Dunedin, Township of Anderson, containing 1·25 poles, being part of Allotment 59E, Deposited Plan 1028, as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan above-mentioned and thereon coloured yellow and blue respectively.

WAIKATO COUNTY COUNCIL
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND
In the matter of The Public Works Act, 1928
PUBLIC notice is hereby given that the Waikato County Council proposes to execute a certain public work—to wit, altering the course of a road—for which purpose the lands described in the schedule hereto require to be taken by the Waikato County Council under the provisions of the Public Works Act, 1928, sections 22 and 23. A plan of the lands required to be taken as aforesaid is open for inspection at the office of the Waikato County Council, Grey Street, Hamilton East. All persons affected are hereby called upon to set forth in writing any well-founded objections to the execution of such works or the taking of such lands and to send such writing to the Waikato County Council within forty days from the date of the first publication of this notice.
