Price Order No. 1144 (Cotton and Rayon Dress Goods, Manchester Goods, and Soft Furnishings Manufactured by Tootal, Broadhurst, Lee, Company, Limited)

PURSUANT to the Control of Prices Act, 1947, the Price Tribunal, acting with the authority of the Minister of Industries and Commerce, doth hereby make the following Price Order :—

This Order may be cited as Price Order No. 1144, and shall come into force on the 27th day of April, 1950.

APPLICATION OF THIS ORDER

This Order applies with respect to the goods specified in the Schedule hereto.

FIXING MAXIMUM WHOLESALE AND RETAIL PRICES OF GOODS TO WHICH THIS ORDER APPLIES

The maximum price that may be charged or received at any place in New Zealand for any goods to which this order applies shall be the appropriate price set out in the Schedule hereto, according to whether the goods are sold by way of wholesale or by way of retail.

Price Order No. 1142 (Amending Price Order No. 1076) (Apples and Pears)

PURSUANT to the Control of Prices Act, 1947, the Price Tribunal, acting with the authority of the Minister of Industries and Commerce doth hereby make the following amending Price Order :—

This Order may be cited as Price Order No.1142, and shall be read together with and deemed part of Price Order No. 1076* (hereinafter referred to as the principal Order).
This Order shall come into force on the 1st day of May, 1950.
The First Schedule to the principal Order, as set out in Price Order No. 1134†, is hereby amended by inserting therein the references in the Schedule to this Order.
