Notice of Annulment of an Order of Adoption Under Section 210 of the Maori Land Act, 1931

IT is hereby notified that the order of adoption as set out in the Schedule hereunder and which appeared in New Zealand Gazette No. 4, of the 27th January, 1944, at page 74, has, by order of the Maori Land Court dated the 23rd day of March, 1950, been annulled;

Road Closed by Order of the Maori Land Court

NOTICE is hereby given that the piece of road described in the Schedule hereto has been declared closed and reverted in the owner of the land found entitled thereto, by Order of the Maori Land Court at Rotorua on the 12th day of September, 1949, pursuant to section 488 of the Maori Land Act, 1931.

SCHEDULE

All that area of road in the South Auckland Land District, being portion of the road passing through or adjoining Mangawhara No. 18 No. 2A Block, situate in Block IX, Tapapa Survey District; as the same is more particularly shown on plan lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor, at Auckland, marked M.L.C. 16756, and thereon coloured green.

PURSUANT to the Control of Prices Act, 1947, the Price Tribunal, acting with the authority of the Minister of Industries and Commerce, doth hereby make the following Price Order:—

  1. This Order may be cited as Price Order No. 1143, and shall come into force on the 27th day of April, 1950.

APPLICATION OF THIS ORDER

  1. This Order applies with respect to the goods specified in the Schedule hereto.

FIXING MAXIMUM WHOLESALE AND RETAIL PRICES OF GOODS TO WHICH THIS ORDER APPLIES

  1. The maximum price that may be charged or received at any place in New Zealand for any goods to which this Order applies shall be the appropriate price set out in the Schedule hereto, according to whether the goods are sold by way of wholesale or by way of retail.

  1. This Order may be cited as Price Order No. 1146, and shall come into force on the 27th day of April, 1950.

APPLICATION OF THIS ORDER

  1. This Order applies with respect to “Wendy” wools of the kinds specified in the Schedule hereto.

FIXING MAXIMUM RETAIL PRICES OF WOOL TO WHICH THIS ORDER APPLIES

  1. The maximum price that may be charged or received by any retailer for any wool to which this Order applies shall be the appropriate price set out in the Schedule hereto.
