A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I; Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for workers' dwellings and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Burgesses of the Borough of West Harbour as from the date herein-after mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 1st day of May, 1950.
