PURSUANT to section eight of the Board of Maori Affairs Act, 1934-35, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, doth hereby appoint the persons named in Part I of the First Schedule hereto to be members of the Tuwharetoa North Maori District Advisory Committee for the district described in Part I of the Second Schedule hereto, and the persons named in Part II of the First Schedule hereto to be members of the Tuwharetoa South Maori District Advisory Committee for the district described in Part II of the Second Schedule hereto.

The Tuwharetoa North Maori District Advisory Committee
BOUNDED on the west generally by the eastern boundary of the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land Court District from the point where the south-eastern boundary of Wharepuhunga No. 19 Block meets the Waikato River to the point where the northern boundary of the Hauhungaroa Block meets the western boundary of the Rangitoto-Tuhua Block; thence generally in an easterly direction along the southern boundary of the Waiariki Maori Land Court District to the western shore of Lake Taupo; thence southerly by the shore of the lake to the mouth of the Hinemaiata stream; thence up the course of that stream to the north-western corner of Kaimanawa 1E Block; thence by the western boundary of that block to Ahipaepae; thence southerly by a right line to Pikiawatea; thence north-easterly by a right line to Matungorangi; thence south-easterly by a right line to the westernmost corner of Tapapa No. 3 Block; thence by the south-west and south-east boundaries of that block to the Mohaka River; thence up that river to the southern boundary of the Wharetoto Block; thence easterly by that boundary and northerly by the eastern boundary of the Wharetoto Block to its junction with the eastern boundary of the Unupapamoro Block; thence northerly by that boundary to the southern boundary of the Waiariki Maori Land Court District; thence easterly by that boundary to the eastern boundary of Pokokura No. 7A Block; thence along the eastern and northern boundaries of that block and the eastern and northern boundaries to Pokokura No. 3 Block, and by a prolongation of the northern boundary of that block to the Wairunga Stream; thence northerly along that stream to the north-eastern boundary of Numanga No. 1A Block; thence along that boundary to the Okareka River and south-westerly along that river to the northern boundary of Nuhaunga 2A Block; thence by a right line to Otapeu; thence by the north-eastern boundary of the Tauhara Middle No. 4A 2 Block and the eastern boundary of the Tauhara North Block to the Waikato River; thence northerly along that river to the point where it is crossed by the Rotorua-Atiamuri Main Highway; thence northerly along that road to the south-western corner of Lot 1 on Deposited Plan 20272; thence by the western boundary of that lot to the southern boundary of Tokoroa No. 2 Block; thence westerly along that boundary to the Wawa Road; thence south along that road to the Kopokorahi Stream and along that stream to its confluence with the Waikato River; thence northerly along the Waikato River to the point of commencement, excluding the land known as the Potakani (Wairarapa Maoris) Block.
PART II
The Tuwharetoa South Maori District Advisory Committee
Bounded on the north by the southern boundary of the Tuwharetoa North Advisory Committee District, hereinbefore described, from the point where the northern boundary of the Hauhungaroa Block meets the western boundary of the Rangitoto-Tuhua Block to the southernmost corner of Tapapa No. 3 Block;
thence by the south-eastern boundaries of Tapapa Nos. 1 and 2 Blocks to the eastern boundary of the Aotea Maori Land Court District; thence southerly along that boundary to the confluence of the Kaianu and Te Waiamaru streams; thence westerly along the Kaianu Stream to the southern boundary of Owhaoko D5 No. 3 Block and along that boundary to the Makahikatoa Stream; thence along that stream to its junction with the Rangitikei River; thence down that river to the point where it is crossed by the Moawhango-Napier Road; thence south along that road to the boundary of Awarua 2c No. 12A No. 1 Block; thence westerly along the Moawhango River to the mouth of the Moawhangaiti Stream; thence northerly along that stream to the southern boundary of the Moawhango Survey District; thence westerly by that boundary to the easternmost corner of Section 6, Block I, Ohinewairua Survey District; thence westerly along the south-east boundary of that section and the south-east boundary of Section 5, Block V, Ohinewairua Survey District; thence southerly along the western boundary of Motukawa 2B 11B Block and the western boundary of Motukawa 2B 11A Block and by a prolongation of that boundary to the North Island Main Trunk Railway; thence northerly along that railway to the point where it is crossed by the Waitangi Road; thence by a right line due east to the Waiouru-Tokaanu Road; thence northerly along that road to the eastern boundary of the Murimotu Block; thence northerly along that boundary to the northernmost corner of Murimotu Block; thence westerly along the southern boundary of Rangipo North No. 6 Block to the point where it meets the boundary of the Tongariro National Park; thence westerly and northerly by the boundary of the Tongariro National Park to the Whakapapanni River; thence north-westerly along that river to the southern boundary of Waimarino E Block; thence by the southern, western, and northern boundaries of that block to the Whakapapa River; thence northerly by that river to a prolongation of the south-western boundary of Section 28, Block VI, Hunua Survey District; thence north-westerly along the eastern side of the North Island Main Trunk Railway to the point where it is crossed by the southern boundary of the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land Court District; thence easterly and northerly along that boundary to the point of commencement.

Authorizing Patrick Ray Egan and Henry Johnson, of Karamea, Garage and Service-station Proprietors, to Erect and Use Certain Electric Lines in the County of Buller

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, doth hereby authorize Patrick Ray Egan and Henry Johnson of Karamea, Garage and Service-station Proprietors (hereinafter referred to as the licensees), subject to the conditions hereinafter set forth, to lay, construct, put up, place, and use the electric lines described in the Schedule hereto.
CONDITIONS
- IMPLIED CONDITIONS
THE conditions directed to be implied in all licences by the Electrical Supply Regulations 1935 and the Electrical Wiring Regulations 1935 shall be incorporated in and shall form part of this licence, except in so far as the same may be inconsistent with the provisions hereof. - LICENCE SUBJECT TO REGULATIONS
The licence hereby conferred is subject to compliance by the licensees with the Electrical Supply Regulations 1935, the Electrical Wiring Regulations 1935, and the Radio Interference Regulations 1934, and with all regulations made or to be made in amplification or amendment thereof or in substitution therefor. - SYSTEM OF SUPPLY
The system of supply shall be an alternating-current system as described in paragraph (d) of clause 21-01 of the Electrical Supply Regulations 1935. - DURATION OF LICENCE
Unless sooner determined, this licence shall continue in force until the 31st day of March, 1971, or until electrical energy is available from an Electric-power Board or other public source of supply, whichever is the earlier. - CHARGES ON SALE
The charges for the sale of electrical energy shall not exceed the following amounts per annum : Police-station, £25 ; postmaster's residence, £25 ; post-office, £52 ; street lights, £7 10s.
Payment shall not be demanded from any consumer at intervals of less than twenty-one days apart.
