Price Order No. 1133 (Amendment No. 1 of Price Order No. 1062)
(Milk and Cream—Blenheim, Greymouth, and Lyttelton Milk
Price Districts)

Pursuant to the Control of Prices Act, 1947, the Price
Tribunal, acting with the authority of the Minister of Indus-
tries and Commerce doth hereby make the following amending
Price Order :—

  1. This Order may be cited as Price Order No. 1133, and shall
    be read together with and deemed part of Price Order No. 1062*
    (hereinafter referred to as the principal Order).

  2. This Order shall come into force on the 1st day of April,

  3. Clause 3 of the principal Order is hereby amended by adding
    to the definition of the “ Lyttelton Milk Price District ” the following
    words: “ and those places known as Teddington, Charteris Bay,
    and Church Bay.”

MODIFICATION OF PRINCIPAL ORDER

  1. Notwithstanding anything in the principal Order the
    maximum price that may be charged or received for any milk
    sold in those places known as Diamond Harbour, Teddington,
    Charteris Bay, or Church Bay shall be the appropriate price set
    out in the Schedule to this Order.

Declaring Land to be Subject to Part I of the Maori Land Amendment
Act, 1936

Pursuant to section 4 of the Maori Land Amendment Act,
1936, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby declares the land
described in the Schedule hereto to be subject to Part I of the said
Act, and to be included in the Kaipara Development Scheme.

SCHEDULE

All that area of land in the Tokerau Maori Land Court District,
containing 150 acres 2 roods 36 perches, more or less, called or
known as Otara 5B and situate in Otamatea Survey District.

Releasing Land From the Provisions of Part I of the Maori Land
Amendment Act, 1936

Pursuant to subsection (2) of section 4 of the Maori Land
Amendment Act, 1936, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby
revokes, so far as it affects the land described in the Schedule hereto,
a certain notice dated the 26th day of November, 1937, and pub-
lished in Gazette No. 78 of the 2nd day of December, 1937, at page
2636, whereby the provisions of Part I of the Maori Land Amend-
ment Act, 1936, were applied to, inter alia, the said land, and such
land is hereby excluded from the Whakatane Development Scheme.

SCHEDULE

All that area of land in the Waiariki Maori Land Court District,
containing 49 acres 3 roods 34·7 perches, more or less, called or
known as part Rangitaiki Lot 29B (P/R 71/34), and situated in
Block I, Whakatane Survey District.

Services

Pursuant to section 23 (1) of the Social Security
Amendment Act, 1949, I, Jack Thomas Watts, Minis-
ter of Health for the Dominion of New Zealand, hereby
appoint the 1st day of April, 1950, as the date for the
commencement of coming into force of Part III of the
Social Security Amendment Act, 1949.
