Land Taken for Housing Purposes in the Borough of Mount Roskill

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for housing purposes; and I do also proclaim and declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the third day of April, one thousand nine hundred and fifty.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 16 acres 3 roods 23 perches.

Being part of Allotments 4 and 4A of Section 13, Suburbs of Auckland, and being the whole of the land comprised and described in Certificate of Title, Volume 97, folio 50 (Auckland Land Registry).

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 23rd day of March, 1950.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for housing purposes; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the third day of April, one thousand nine hundred and fifty.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 12 acres 6 perches.

Being Lots 70, 71, 72, and 73, D.P. 3029, being parts Allotments 6 and 9 of Section 13, Suburbs of Auckland, and being the whole of the land comprised and described in Certificate of Title, Volume 125, folio 137 (Auckland Land Registry).

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for an automatic-telephone exchange; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the third day of April, one thousand nine hundred and fifty.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 32·7 perches.

Being part Lot 23, D.P. 12666, being part Allotment 37, Parish of Manurewa.

Situated in Block X, Otahuhu Survey District (Borough of Papatoetoe), (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 35545.)

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 130997, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured sepia.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land set apart: 1 rood 17·5 perches.

Being part of the land on D.P. 17738, being part of Allotment 42, District of Tamaki.
