OHAKUNE BOROUGH COUNCIL
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it by the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1926, the Ohakune Borough Council hereby resolves as follows:—
“ That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges upon the sum of £2,000 to be raised for extending the electrical reticulation system of the Borough, a special rate under the authority of the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1926, of twopence half-penny (2½d.) in the pound on the rateable value (on the basis of the unimproved value) of all rateable property in the Borough of Ohakune, comprising the whole of the said Borough, be and the same is hereby made and levied under the authority of the said Act; and that such special rate shall be for the year commencing on the 1st day of April, 1950, and ending on the 31st day of March, 1951, and that such special rate shall be a continuing charge thereafter up to the 31st day of March, 1975, or until the loan is fully repaid.”
The above resolution was passed at a meeting of the Ohakune Borough Council held on the 16th day of March, 1950.

NOTICE is hereby given that a general meeting of the above company will be held at the offices of the liquidator, 3rd floor, Queen’s Building, No. 109, Princes Street, Dunedin, on Wednesday the 19th day of April, 1950, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, pursuant to section 232 of the Companies Act, 1933, for the purpose of having an account laid before it showing how the winding-up of the company has been conducted and the property of the Company has been disposed of.

NOTICE is hereby given that by a special resolution dated the 20th day of March, 1950, the above company has resolved as follows:—
“ That it has been proved to the satisfaction of the members of this company that the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly the company be wound up voluntarily.”
“ That David Keith, of Invercargill, Accountant, be appointed liquidator.”
In accordance with the provisions of section 300 (7) of the Companies Act, 1933, notice is hereby given that a meeting of creditors will be held at the offices of Messrs. Reid and Jones, 47 Esk Street, Invercargill, on Wednesday, the 29th day of March, 1950, at 11 a.m.
