PURSUANT to the powers vested in me by the Cemeteries Amendment Act, 1912, I, Jack Thomas Watts, Minister of Health for the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby appoint Henry Oates, Farmer, of Carterton, Sydney Henry Oates, Farmer, of Masterton, and Alexander Joseph Milsom Oates, Farmer, of Taumata, near Carterton, to be trustees of the Oates Private Burial Ground, as declared under the Cemeteries Amendment Act, 1912, appearing in the Gazette of the 9th day of March, 1950, at page 250.
