TE KUITI RABBIT BOARD

RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that
behalf by the Local Bodies' Loans Act, 1926, the Te Kuiti
Rabbit Board hereby resolves as follows:—
"That, for the purpose of providing the interest and other
charges on a loan of £400, authorized to be raised by the Te Kuiti
Rabbit Board under the above-mentioned Act for purchasing a
house for the use of the Rabbiter, the said Te Kuiti Rabbit Board
hereby makes and levies a special rate of half-penny (½d.) per acre
on all rateable property in the Board's area and that such special
rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of such
loan and be payable yearly on the 7th day of September in each
and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of
fifteen years or until the loan is fully paid off."

CHANGE OF NAME OF COMPANY

NOTICE is hereby given that D. J. TALBOT, LIMITED, H.B.
1946/45, has changed its name to TAUPŌ BUILDERS' SUPPLIES,
LIMITED, and that the new name was this day entered on my Register
of Companies in place of the former name.
