Revoking the Reservation Over a Reserve in Block X, Takapau Survey District, Hawke’s Bay Land District

At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 8th day of March, 1950
Present:
THE HON. K. J. HOLYOAKE PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by subsection one (b) of section seven of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby revoke the reservation for a public pound over the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby declare that the said land, being vested in the Crown, is Crown land available for disposal under the Land Act, 1948.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by subsection one (b) of section seven of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby revoke the reservation for a gravel-pit over the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby declare that the land, being vested in the Crown, is Crown land available for disposal under the Land Act, 1948.

ALL that area containing by admeasurement 3 roods 36 perches, more or less, being part of Reserve 2095, situated in Block I, Rangitata Survey District (S.O. 8169). As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 36/1700A., deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington and thereon edged red.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by section two of the Swamp Drainage Amendment Act, 1948, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby declare the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be included in the boundaries of the Kaikokopu subdivision of the Waihi Drainage Area constituted by Order in Council dated the twenty-first day of February, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-seven, and published in the Gazette of the twenty-fourth day of February of that year and the boundaries of the said subdivision are hereby redefined as set forth in the Second Schedule hereto; and in pursuance of subsection one of section three of the said Amendment Act, doth hereby constitute the land described in the Third Schedule hereto a special subdivision to be known as the Pukemarama Special Subdivision.

BOUNDARIES OF LAND INCLUDED IN THE KAIKOKOPU SUBDIVISION OF THE WAIHI DRAINAGE AREA
ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, situated in the Tauranga County, bounded by a line commencing at a point, being the south-western corner of Section 10, Block II, Waihi South Survey District, and running north-easterly generally along the southern and eastern boundaries of Section 10 aforesaid and along a right line, being the last-mentioned boundary produced across Old Coach Road, to its northern side; thence along the northern side of that road, to and along the western side of Benners Road to a point in line with the southern boundary of Section 20, Block II, aforesaid; thence along a right line across the aforesaid Benners Road, to and along the southern boundary of the said Section 20, and along a right line across the Pongakawa River, to and along the southern boundary of Pukehina No. L No. 18 Block to the western side of Pukehina Station Road; thence southerly generally along the said western side, to and along the north-eastern side of Old Coach Road aforesaid, and the western side of the Rotoehu Road to the northernmost corner of Lot 1 as shown on the plan numbered 11802, deposited in the office of the District Land Registrar at Auckland, being part of Section 3, Block VI, Waihi South Survey District; thence along the north-western boundary of the said Lot 1, along the north-western boundaries of Lots 1 and 2 as shown on the plan numbered 21329, deposited as aforesaid, being other parts of Section 3 aforesaid, and along a right line, being the last-mentioned boundary produced to the right bank of the Pongakawa River aforesaid; thence up the said right bank to a point in line with the northern boundary of Lot 1 as shown on the plan numbered 24656, deposited as aforesaid, being part of Sections 9 and 10, Block V, Waihi South Survey District; thence westerly generally along a right line, to and along the northern boundary of Lot 1 aforesaid to the eastern side of the Pongakawa Bush Road; thence northerly generally along the said eastern side to the point of commencement.

REDEFINED BOUNDARIES OF THE KAIKOKOPU SUBDIVISION
ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, situated in the Tauranga County, bounded by a line commencing at a point in Block III, Waihi South Survey District, being the north-eastern corner of Lot 2 as shown on the plan numbered 24824, deposited in the office of the District Land Registrar at Auckland, being part of Pukehina M 3 Block and running south-westerly, westerly, north-easterly, and easterly generally along the boundaries of the Waihi Drainage District as amended herein to the left bank of the dredged channel of the Pongakawa River, being a point on the mean high-water mark of the Waihi Estuary; thence southerly generally along the said left bank to its junction with the left bank of the old Kaikokopu Stream; thence up the said left bank to its junction with the left bank of the dredged channel of the said Kaikokopu Stream; thence up the said left bank to the southern side of the Paeroa-Whakatane State Highway; thence easterly generally along the said southern side of that highway to the southernmost corner of part Section 11, Block VIII, Maketu Survey District, as shown on the plan numbered 18099, deposited as aforesaid; thence along a right line, being the last-mentioned side produced across the said East Coast Main Trunk Railway to its southern side; thence along the northern boundaries of Lots 1, 2, and 3 as shown on the plan numbered 11998, deposited as aforesaid, being parts of Sections 1 and 2, Block II, Waihi South Survey District, along the northern boundary of Lot 9 as shown on the plan numbered 21367, deposited as aforesaid, being part of Section 3, Block II aforesaid, along a right line across a public road, to and along the north-western boundary of Lot 12 as shown on the plan numbered 21367 aforesaid, being part of Section 14, Block II aforesaid, and along a right line, being the last-mentioned boundary produced to the southern side of the Paeroa-Whakatane State Highway aforesaid, crossing the intervening East Coast Main Trunk Railway aforesaid; thence along the said southern side of
