on the boundary of the Taupo County as described in New Zealand Gazette of 1933 at pages 12 and 275; thence easterly generally along that county boundary to its intersection with the western boundary of Lot 1 as shown on the plan numbered 20272, deposited in the office of the District Land Registrar at Auckland, being parts of the Whakamaru Maungaiti Block and Sections 3 and 4, Block III, Te Atiamuri Survey District; thence southerly generally along the western boundary of Lot 1 aforesaid and its production to the southern side of the Rotorua-Atiamuri Main Highway; thence easterly along the southern side of that main highway to the middle of the stream forming part of the eastern boundary of Lot 2 as shown on the plan numbered 15486, deposited as aforesaid, being part of the Whakamaru Maungaiti Block aforesaid; thence southerly and westerly generally down the middle of that stream, to and down the middle of the Whangapoa Stream and the middle of the Waikato River to the boundary of the Taupo County aforesaid; thence northerly along that boundary to Uraura Trig. Station, the point of commencement.

ALL that area in the South Auckland Land District, bounded by a line, commencing at the southernmost corner of Section 3 of Block VI, Cambridge Survey District, and running north-easterly generally along the south-eastern boundary of the said Section 3 and the southern side of a public road to a point in line with the south-eastern boundary of Section 3s, Te Miro Settlement; thence along a right line, across the said public road, to and along the south-eastern boundary of the said Section 3s, the south-eastern boundary of Section 76s of the said settlement, a right line across the Te Miro Road, to and along the south-eastern boundaries of Section 6s of the said settlement, and Maungakawa B Nos. 1 and 2 Blocks, the southern boundaries of Tawawhakaporo Block, as shown on the plan numbered 27844, deposited in the office of the District Land Registrar at Auckland, the southern boundaries of Lot 7, and southern and eastern boundaries of part of Lot 8, as shown on the plan numbered 17890, deposited as aforesaid, being parts of Te Pae O Turawaru Nos. 2c 2 and 2c 1 Blocks, and a right line, being the last-mentioned boundary produced through Section 7, Block IV, Cambridge Survey District, across a public road, and through Lot 13 as shown on the plan numbered 17891, deposited as aforesaid, being part of the said No. 2c 1 Block, and being part of Te Tapu B No. 2 Block to the middle of the Piakonui Stream; thence down the middle of that stream to a point in line with the south-western boundary of Lot 4, as shown on the plan numbered 14276, deposited as aforesaid, being part of Te Pae O Turawaru No. 2 Block; thence along a right line through Lot 10, as shown on the plan numbered 17890, deposited as aforesaid, being parts of Te Pae O Turawaru and Te Tapui Blocks, to and along the south-western boundary of the said Lot 4, a right line across a public road, to and along the south-western boundaries of part of Lot 2, as shown on the plan numbered 5116, deposited as aforesaid, and Lots 3 and 2, as shown on the plan numbered 25216, deposited as aforesaid, being parts of Te Pae O Turawaru Block aforesaid, and a right line being the last-mentioned boundary produced to the middle of the Maungapapa River; thence down the middle of that river and up the middle of the Waitoa River to a point in line with the south-eastern boundary of Matamata North No. 2D Block; thence along a right line, to and along the said south-eastern boundary and a right line across the Auckland-Rotorua Railway, to and along the south-eastern boundaries of Section 63, Block XIII, Wairere Survey District, and Matamata North No. 1A Block, the south-western and south-eastern boundaries of Lot 1A, as shown on the plan numbered 8106, deposited as aforesaid, being part of Taramoarahi No. 1 Block, and a right line, being the last-mentioned boundary produced through Lot 2, as shown on the plan numbered 16072, deposited as aforesaid, being parts of Wairenga and Taramoarahi No. 1 Blocks, and across a public road, to and along the south-eastern boundaries of Lots 12 and 5, as shown on the plan numbered 8974, deposited as aforesaid, being parts of the said Taramoarahi No. 1 Block, and a right line being the last-mentioned boundary produced through Lots 1 and 2, as shown on the plan numbered 18677, deposited as aforesaid, being parts of Taramoarahi No. 1 and Whangorau B Blocks, to the south-western corner of Lot 3, as shown on the plan numbered 20021, deposited as aforesaid, being part of Taramoarahi No. 1 Block; thence up the middle of that river, to and up the middle of the Wairere Stream to a point in line with the eastern boundary of Section 11, Block XI, Wairere Survey District; thence along a right line, to and along the said eastern boundary, to and along the southern and south-eastern boundaries of Maurihoro A Block, being Crown land set apart as a scenic reserve, by Proclamation published in New Zealand Gazette No. 75, of the 12th day of November, 1936, page 2188, to the western corner of Lot 1, as shown on the plan numbered 5156, deposited as aforesaid,

being part of Whakamarama No. 2 Block; thence southerly generally along the south-western boundaries of the said Lot 1, and Lots 3, 5, 7, 10, and 15, as shown on the plan numbered 5099, deposited as aforesaid, being parts of the said Whakamarama No. 2 Block, and Lot 22, as shown on the said plan numbered 5099, being part of the said Whakamarama No. 2 Block, and being part of Oteora No. 1 Block, to Trig. Station No. 27, Puwhenua, being the eastern corner of Block VII, Tapapa East Survey District; thence southerly generally along a right line from Trig. All that area in the South Auckland, Hawke's Bay, and Wellington Land Districts, bounded by a line, commencing at a point in Block XVI, Wharepapa Survey District, being the confluence of the Waikato River and the Waipapa Stream, and running easterly generally up the middle of the aforesaid Waikato River, being the southern boundary of the Matamata County as hereinbefore described, to and along the southern boundary of the Rotorua County to the south-eastern corner of the aforesaid Rotorua County; thence southerly generally along a right line to Trig. Station No. 78, Pepepeke, situated in Block III, Weao Survey District, along a right line to Trig. Station No. 76, Taupiri, situated in Block XII, Weao Survey District, aforesaid, along a right line to Trig. Station F, Tiritiri, situated in Block III, Heruiwi Survey District, along a right line to Trig. Station B, Pukeroa, situated in Block XI, Heruiwi Survey
