A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to and together with the benefit of the party-wall rights created by Memorandum of Transfer 26024, Southland Land Registry, for the development of water-power.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken : 39·86 perches.
Being part Section 19, Block LXXII, Town of Invercargill, City of Invercargill, and being the whole of the land comprised and described in Certificate of Title, Volume 80, folio 220 (Southland Land Registry).
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 2nd day of March, 1950.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, and section thirty of the Finance Act (No. 2), 1945, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for better utilization ; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twentieth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and fifty.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken : 20·15 perches.
Being Lot 1, D.P. 19195, being part of Allotment 7, Section 9, Suburbs of Auckland (City of Auckland), and being the whole of the land comprised and described in Certificate of Title, Volume 923, folio 300 (Auckland Land Registry).
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 11th day of March, 1950.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for housing purposes; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twentieth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and fifty.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for street, and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Burgesses of the Borough of Marton as from the date hereinafter mentioned ; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twentieth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and fifty.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken : 31·2 perches.
Situate in the Borough of Marton, and being part of Section 17 of the Rangitikei Agricultural Reserve and being also part Lot 5 on D.P. 14299, being now Lot 1, D.P. 14491, and being the balance of the land comprised and described in Certificate of Title, Volume 543, folio 218 (Wellington Land Registry).
