A PROCLAMATION
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act, 1948.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land: 1 rood 2·98 perches.
Being Allotment 113 and part Allotment 319, being portions of Section 1, Omaka District.
Situated in the Borough of Blenheim. (S.O. 3986.)

Declaring Land Acquired for a Government Work, and Not Required for That Purpose, to be Crown Land

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section thirty-five of the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act, 1948.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land declared to be Crown land: 32 perches.
Being Lot 588, D.P. 18380, being portion of Allotment 18 of the District of Tamaki, situated in the City of Auckland and being part of the land comprised and described in Certificate of Title, Volume 729, folio 180 (Auckland Land Registry).

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the leasehold estate in the land described in the Schedule hereto, held from His Majesty the King by Bernard Myer, of Greymouth, Motor Mechanic, under and by virtue of Occupation Lease recorded in Volume 29, folio 284 (Westland Land Registry), is hereby taken for a public works depot; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twentieth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and fifty.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a public school and shall vest in the Education Board of the District of Auckland as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this proclamation shall take effect on and after the twentieth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and fifty.
