Paragraph 10: Omit this paragraph, and substitute the following:—

10. Fresh cut flowers, foliage, or ferns, not made up into wreaths, &c. or moss packed in baskets, hampers, or uncrushable boxes, not exceeding 2 cwt. per consignment, will be conveyed at owner’s risk at half parcel rates; minimum charge, 9d. per consignment.
