Land Taken for Paddockin Driven Cattle, in Block VI, Awaateatua Survey District, Whakatane County

A PROCLAMATION
P URSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for paddocking driven cattle, and shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Whakatane as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the thirteenth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and fifty.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land taken:-
A. R. P. Being
0 0 39·5 Allotment 1, Town of Richmond; coloured sepia.
0 0 39·7 Allotment 2, Town of Richmond; coloured blue.

Situated in Block VI, Awaateatua Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 34386.)
In the South Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 130535, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 2nd day of March, 1950.
