A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section thirty-five of the Public Works Act,
1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg,
the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby
declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown Land
subject to the Land Act, 1948.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land declared to be Crown
land : 330 acres 3 roods 20 perches.
Being Sections 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, and parts Sections
19 and 20, and being more particularly shown on D.P. 338, and
being the whole of the land comprised and described in
Certificate of Title, Volume 191, folio 20 (Otago Land Registry).
Situated in Block VI, Maungatua District.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand and issued under the
Seal of that Dominion, this 2nd day of March, 1950.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-
General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare
that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for
housing purposes ; and I do also declare that this Proclamation
shall take effect on and after the thirteenth day of March, one
thousand nine hundred and fifty.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken : 1 acre 17 perches.
Being part Lot 2, D.P. 6046, being part Section 47.
Situated in Block XI, Kaupokonui Survey District (Taranaki
R.D.). (S.O. 8364.)
In the Taranaki Land District ; as the same is more parti-
cularly delineated on plan marked P.W.D. 130851, deposited in
the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon
coloured orange.

General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare
that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for
buildings of the General Government ; and I do also declare that
this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the thirteenth day of
March, one thousand nine hundred and fifty.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken : 1 acre 32-14 perches.
Being Lot 1, D.P. 7432 and Lot 5 and part Lot 4, D.P. 7387, and
being part Suburban Section 27, Napier.
Situated in the Borough of Napier, and being the balance of
the land comprised and described in Certificates of Title, H.B.
Volume 51, folio 146, and Volume 93, folio 284 (Hawke's Bay Land
Registry).
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the

for an automatic-telephone exchange ; and I do also declare that
this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the thirteenth day
of March, one thousand nine hundred and fifty.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken : 32 perches.
Being Lots 1 and 2 on D.P. 589, part Section 286, Town of Feilding,
and being the whole of the land comprised and described in
Certificate of Title, Volume 167, folio 166 (Wellington Land
Registry).
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the
