A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section thirty-five of the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act, 1948.

PURSUANT to section thirty-five of the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, together with the appurtenant water and other rights over Lot 41 on Deeds Plan No. 548 created by Deed 49001 and together with the appurtenant water-rights over Lot 43 on Deeds Plan No. 548 reserved by Conveyance 48971, and subject to the water-rights thereover appurtenant to other parts of Suburban Section 44 (Lots 37, 38, 39, 40, and 41, Deeds Plan 548) reserved by Deed 49001, to be Crown land subject to the Land Act, 1948.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown Land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for the purposes of an aerodrome (housing) ; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-ninth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and forty-nine.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart : 2 roods 1 perch.

Being Section 64, Town of Kaikoura, and being all the land comprised and described in Certificate of Title, Volume 18, folio 260 (Marlborough Land Registry).

IN pursuance of the power and authority conferred upon me by section nine of the Housing Act, 1919, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the area of Crown land described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby set apart for the purpose of Part I of the said Act.

TARANAKI LAND DISTRICT

ALL that area situated in the Borough of Stratford containing two (2) acres, more or less, being Sections 812, 813, 814, 815, 850, 851, 852, and 853, Town of Stratford.
