Additional Land Taken for a Post-office in Block XV, Kawakawa Survey District

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a post-office ; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-ninth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and forty-nine.

SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of additional land taken : 4 perches. Being part Lot 2, D.P. 12753, being part Allotment 140, Kawakawa Parish.
Situated in Block XV, Kawakawa Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 34729.)
In the North Auckland Land District ; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 126725, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow, edged yellow.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 15th day of December, 1949.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the leasehold estate in the land described in the Schedule hereto, held from His Majesty the King by Charles Robertson Hay, of Dunedin, Farmer, under and by virtue of Memorandum of Lease No. 6763, Otago Registry, is hereby taken for an aerodrome ; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-ninth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and forty-nine.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, and section forty-seven of the Public Works Amendment Act, 1948, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for housing purposes, is hereby set apart for Post and Telegraph purposes (postmaster's residence) ; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-ninth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and forty-nine.
