Additional Land Taken for a Secondary School in the Borough of One Tree Hill

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a secondary school; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-eighth day of November, one thousand nine hundred and forty-nine.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of additional land taken: 1 acre 3 roods 0·5 perches.

Situated in the Borough of One Tree Hill, being Lots 4 and 5 D.P. 19091, being portion of Allotment 15, Section 12, Suburbs of Auckland, and being all the land comprised and described in Certificate of Title, Volume 639, folio 201 (Auckland Land Registry).

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 17th day of November, 1949.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the leasehold estate in the land described in the Schedule hereto, held by Mura Rose Reid from His Majesty the King for a term of twenty-five years from the first day of July, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-eight, and being registered as Occupation Lease, Volume 208, folio 87, is hereby taken for the development of water-power (Roxburgh Power Scheme).

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land in respect of which the leasehold estate is taken: 9 acres 0 roods 33 perches.

Being Section 116, and being the whole of the land comprised and described in Occupation Lease registered as Volume 208, folio 87 (Otago Registry).

Situated in Block II, Teviot Survey District. (S.O. 7644.)

In the Otago Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 130389, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 22nd day of November, 1949.
