of AOTEA AGENCY, LIMITED.

NOTICE is hereby given that the following special resolution
was duly passed by the above-named company on the 9th
day of November, 1949:—

“Resolved as a special resolution in accordance with section
221 (b) of the Companies’ Act, 1933—

“(a) That the company be wound up voluntarily.
“(b) That REGINALD FOX ROGERS, Company Secretary, of
Havelock North, be and he is hereby appointed liquidator of the
company.”

Dated at Havelock North, this 14th day of November, 1949.
