Declaring Land to be Subject to Part I of the Maori Land Amendment Act, 1936
PURSUANT to section 4 of the Maori Land Amendment Act, 1936, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be subject to Part I of the said Act, and to be included in the Bay of Islands Development Scheme.

THE following land situate in the Tokerau Maori Land Court District:-

ALL that area of land in the Aotea Maori Land Court District, containing 284 acres, more or less, called or known as Hohotaka 2F 4 part Block, and situate in the Piopiotea Survey District.

Releasing Land from the Provisions of Part I of the Maori Land Amendment Act, 1936
PURSUANT to subsection (2) of section 4 of the Maori Land Amendment Act, 1936, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby revokes, so far as it affects the land described in the Schedule hereto, a certain notice dated the 28th day of January, 1931, and published in New Zealand Gazette No. 9 of the 5th day of February, 1931, at page 229, whereby the provisions of subsection (3) of section 23 of the Maori Land Amendment and Maori Land Claims Adjustment Act, 1929, (now Part I of the Maori Land Amendment Act, 1936), were applied to, inter alia, the said land, and such land is hereby excluded from the Mahoenui Development Scheme.
SCHEDULE
ALL that area in the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land Court District containing 38 acres 2 roods called or known as Otiao No. 3c and situate in Awakino East Survey District.

Releasing Land from the Provisions of Part I of the Maori Land Amendment Act, 1936
PURSUANT to subsection (2) of section 4 of the Maori Land Amendment Act, 1936, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby revokes, so far as it affects the land described in the Schedule hereto, a certain notice dated the 15th day of June, 1932, and published in New Zealand Gazette No. 45 of the 30th day of the same month at page 1577, whereby the provisions of subsection (3) of section 522 of the Maori Land Act, 1931 (now Part I of the Maori Land Amendment Act, 1936), were applied to, inter alia, the said land, and such land is hereby excluded from the Waikato Development Scheme.
SCHEDULE
ALL that area of land in the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land Court District containing 16 acres 2 roods 1.6 perches, more or less, called or known as Tokanui 1D 2A 2A and situated in Puniu Survey District.
