ALL that area in the Waipa County, containing by admeasurement 1 acre 3 roods 36·72 perches, more or less, being Lots 18, 19, 20, and 21 on D.P. 21904, being parts of Allotments 33 and 291, Pukete Parish, and being portion of the land comprised and described in Certificate of Title, Volume 313, folio 303 (Auckland Registry). As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1/178E, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

THE ROYAL N.Z. ARTILLERY

Territorial Force—

Major L. Clark, from the Retired List, to be Major, with seniority from 1st January, 1947, and is posted to the 13th Composite Anti-Aircraft Regiment, R.N.Z.A. Dated 1st December, 1948.

Captain J. H. Fullarton, from the Reserve of Officers, Supplementary List, to be Captain, with seniority from 17th April, 1947, and is posted to the 2nd Field Regiment, R.N.Z.A. Dated 1st December, 1948.

Temp. Lieutenant E. W. Clement, late 118th Light Anti-Aircraft Battery, R.N.Z.A. (disbanded), to be Lieutenant, with seniority from 10th September, 1942, and is posted to the 2nd Field Regiment, R.N.Z.A. Dated 1st December, 1948.

Captain N. Paterson, from the Reserve of Officers, Supplementary List, to be Lieutenant, with seniority from 29th November, 1944, and is posted to the 4th Medium Regiment, R.N.Z.A. Dated 1st December, 1948.

Temp. Captain K. K. Gascoigne, 3rd Armoured Regiment, R.N.Z.A.C., is transferred to the Reserve of Officers, Regimental List, 3rd Armoured Regiment, R.N.Z.A.C., with the rank of Captain, with seniority from 24th February, 1942. Dated 1st May, 1949.

Temp. Captain W. S. Macky, 1st Armoured Regiment, R.N.Z.A.C. (Waikato), resigns his commission. Dated 29th August, 1949.

THE ROYAL N.Z. INFANTRY CORPS

The Waikato Regiment (disbanded)—

Major W. R. Daysh, E.D., 1st Battalion, is transferred to the Reserve of Officers, General List, The Royal N.Z. Infantry Corps, with the rank of Major, with seniority from 1st November, 1939. Dated 1st May, 1949.

Temp. 2nd Lieutenant L. G. Dinsdale, 1st Battalion, is transferred to the Reserve of Officers, General List, The Royal N.Z. Infantry Corps, with the rank of 2nd Lieutenant, with seniority from 21st February, 1945. Dated 1st May, 1949.

The Wellington West Coast and Taranaki Regiment—

Captain H. J. Dalzell, E.D., 1st Battalion, is transferred to the Reserve of Officers, Regimental List, The Wellington West Coast and Taranaki Regiment, with the rank of Captain, with seniority from 1st July, 1939. Dated 1st May, 1949.

2nd Lieutenant J. P. Luke, from the Reserve of Officers, Regimental List, The Wellington West Coast and Taranaki Regiment, to be 2nd Lieutenant, with seniority from 4th November, 1947, and is posted to the 1st Battalion. Dated 6th October, 1949.

The Canterbury Regiment—

Captain A. J. Neil, M.B.E., E.D., 1st Battalion, is transferred to the Reserve of Officers, General List, The Royal N.Z. Infantry Corps, with the rank of Major, with seniority from 8th July, 1942. Dated 1st May, 1949.
