Price Order No. 1085 (Amending Price Order No. 1076) (Applies and Peare )

PURSANT to the Control of Prices Act, 1947, the Price Tribunal, acting with the authority of the Minister of Industries and Commerce, doth hereby make the following amending Price Order :-

  1. This Order may be cited as Price Order No. 1085, and shall be read together with and deemed part of Price Order No. 1076* (hereinafter referred to as the principal Order).
  2. This Order shall come into force on the 24th day of October, 1949.
  3. The First and Second Schedules to the principal Order as set out in Price Orders Nos. 1083 and 1076 respectively are hereby revoked, and the following Schedules substituted therefor :-

BUOY ESTABLISHED

Position : Stirling Point Tower. Lat. 46º 37' 8" S.; long. 168º 21' 5" E. (description). Chart No. 3484.

Details : A light and whistle buoy equipped with radar reflector and exhibiting a flashing white light every three seconds has been established in a position 188º 1980 yards from the above tower.
