to be Registrar of the Magistrate’s Court at Pahiatua for the purposes of the Magistrate’s Courts Act, 1947, and Maintenance Officer at Pahiatua for the purposes of the Destitute Persons Amendment Act, 1926, on and from the 8th day of September, 1949.

Nicholas Eric Wilson

to be Assistant Land Registrar for the Land Registration District of Wellington pursuant to the provisions of section 4 (2) of the Land Transfer Act, 1915, on and from the 9th day of September, 1949.

Ernest Keith Phillips

to be Examiner of Titles for the Land Registration District of Auckland pursuant to the provisions of section 4 (2) of the Land Transfer Act, 1915, on and from the 6th day of September, 1949.

John Valentine Meech

to be Deputy Clerk of the Writs in the Dominion of New Zealand, under section 100 of the Electoral Act, 1927, on and from the 1st day of August, 1949.
