NOTICE is hereby given in pursuance of the Regulations Act, 1936, of the making of regulations and Orders as under:—

Declaring Land to be Subject to Part I of the Maori Land Amendment Act, 1936

PURSUANT to section 4 of the Maori Land Amendment Act, 1936, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby declares the lands described in the Schedule hereto to be subject to Part I of the said Act, and to be included in the Hokianga Development Scheme.


SCHEDULE

THE following lands situate in the Tokerau Maori Land Court District:—

Declaring Land to be Subject to Part I of the Maori Land Amendment Act, 1936

PURSUANT to section 4 of the Maori Land Amendment Act, 1936, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be subject to Part I of the said Act, and to be included in the Maniapoto Development Scheme.


SCHEDULE

ALL that area of land in the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land Court District containing 33 acres 0 roods 11 perches, more or less, called or known as Kaipihā 10D (formerly Kaipihā 10D 1, 2, and 3), Block VIII, Pirongia Survey District.

Declaring Land to be Subject to Part I of the Maori Land Amendment Act, 1936

PURSUANT to section 4 of the Maori Land Amendment Act, 1936, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be subject to Part I of the said Act, and to be included in the Kaipara Development Scheme.


SCHEDULE

ALL that area of land in the Tokarau Maori Land Court District containing 160 acres (approximately) and called or known as Pakiri K 3B, situate in Blocks X and XI, Pakiri Survey District.

Releasing Land from the Provisions of Part I of the Maori Land Amendment Act, 1936

PURSUANT to subsection (2) of section 4 of the Maori Land Amendment Act, 1936, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby revokes, so far as it affects the land described in the Schedule hereto a certain notice dated 15th day of June, 1932, and published in New Zealand Gazette No. 45 of the 30th day of the same month, at page 1577, whereby the provisions of subsection (3) of section 522 of the Maori Land Act, 1931 (now Part I of the Maori Land Amendment Act, 1936), were applied to, inter alia, the said land, and such land is hereby excluded from the Waikato Development Scheme.

THE following land situated in the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land Court District:—

Releasing Land from the Provisions of Part I of the Maori Land Amendment Act, 1936

PURSUANT to subsection (2) of section 4 of the Maori Land Amendment Act, 1936, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby revokes so far as it affects the land described in the Schedule hereto, a certain notice dated the 15th day of June, 1932, and published in New Zealand Gazette No. 45 of the 30th day of the same month, at page 1577, whereby the provisions of section 522 of the Maori Land Act, 1931 (now Part I of the Maori Land Amendment Act, 1936), were applied to, inter alia, the said land, and such land is hereby excluded from the Waikato Development Scheme.


SCHEDULE

ALL that area of land in the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land Court District containing 15 acres 1 roods 7·3 perches, more or less, called or known as Parish of Pepepe, Lot 41C part Block, and situate in Block XI, Rangiriri Survey District.

Industrial Conciliation and Arbitration Act, 1925.—Notice of Proposed Cancellation of Registration

NOTICE is hereby given that in exercise of the powers conferred upon me by section 23 of the Industrial Conciliation and Arbitration Act, 1925, it is my intention to cancel the registration of the Westport Coal Company, Limited, Industrial Union of Employers, registered No. 88, situated at Dunedin, after the expiration of six weeks from the date of this notice in the Gazette, unless in the meantime cause is shown to the contrary.
