the Otorohanga County Council for public works is deposited in
the County Clerk’s office, Ballance Street, Otorohanga, and may be
inspected any time during office hours. The lands and the purpose

NOTICE is hereby given that an order was made by the Supreme
Court of New Zealand at Wellington on the 19th day of
August, 1949, confirming the reduction of the capital of the above
company from £50,000 to £25,000 and approving the following
minute to be registered at the office of the Registrar of Companies
at Wellington :—
“‘The capital of The Victoria Laundry Company, Limited,
henceforth is £25,000 divided into 50,000 shares of 10s. each instead
