The Waterfront Industry Regulations Suspension Order 1949,
Amendment No. 4

———

PURSUANT to the Waterfront Industry Emergency Regulations
1946, Amendment No. 1, the Minister of Labour hereby makes
the following Order :—

1. This Order may be cited as the Waterfront Industry Regu-
   lations Suspension Order 1949, Amendment No. 4, and shall be read
   together with and deemed part of the Waterfront Industry Regu-
   lations Suspension Order 1949 (hereinafter referred to as the
   principal Order).

2. This Order shall come into force on the 16th day of August,

4. I hereby revoke in respect of the Port of Tauranga the sus-
   pension of regulations, orders, directions, and decisions contained in
   the principal order.

5. The Fourth Schedule to the principal Order as enacted by
   the Waterfront Industry Regulations Suspension Order 1949,
   Amendment No. 3, is hereby amended by adding thereto the word
   “ Tauranga ”.
