Declaring Land Taken for a Government Work, and Not Required for
That Purpose, to be Crown Land

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to section thirty-five of the Public Works Act,
1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg,
the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby
declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown
land subject to the Land Act, 1948.

SCHEDULE

Approximate area of the piece of land declared to be Crown land :
21 acres 3 roods 5 perches.
Being Sections 46A and 47.

Situated in Block XII, Waikouaiti Survey District (Otago
R.D.).

In the Otago Land District; as the same is more particularly
delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 60033, deposited in the
office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon edged
red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand and issued under the
Seal of that Dominion, this 12th day of August, 1949.

Pursuant to section one hundred and forty-nine of the Public
Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril
Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand,
do hereby proclaim as stopped the Government road described
in the Schedule hereto, such road being no longer required.

SCHEDULE

Situated in Block VI, Kawakawa Survey District (Auckland
R.D.).

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same are more
particularly delineated on the plans marked as above mentioned,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington,
and thereon coloured green.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal
of that Dominion, this 15th day of August, 1949.

the Schedule hereto, such road being no longer required.

Situated in Block XIII, East Taireri Survey District (Otago
