Land Taken for Road in Block IV, Moutere Survey District, Horowhenua County

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-second day of August, one thousand nine hundred and forty-nine.

Situated in Block IV, Moutere Survey District. (S.O. 21713.)

In the Wellington Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 129538, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 12th day of August, 1949.

Revoking a Proclamation Declaring Land Taken for a Government Work, and Not Required for That Purpose, to be Crown Land

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the tenth day of February, one thousand nine hundred and forty-nine, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 9 of the seventeenth day of the same month, at page 573, declaring land taken for a Government work, and not required for that purpose, to be Crown Land.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 12th day of August, 1949.

Declaring Land Taken for a Government Work, and Not Required for That Purpose, to be Crown Land

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section thirty-five of the Public Works Act, 1928, and section fifteen of the Public Works Amendment Act, 1948, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the land in Proclamation No. 5180, Otago Land Registry, being the land described in the First Schedule hereto, excepting thereout the land in Proclamation No. 5181, Otago Land Registry, being the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, to be Crown land subject to the Land Act, 1948.
