Price Order No. 1050 (Amendment No. 2 of Price Order No. 922) (Jam)

Pursuant to the Control of Prices Act, 1947, the Price Tribunal, acting with the authority of the Minister of Industries and Commerce,

    doth hereby make the following amending Price Order:

1. This Order may be cited as Price Order No. 1050, and shall be read together with and deemed part of Price Order No. 922*
(hereinafter referred to as the principal Order).

2. This Order shall come into force on the 8th day of August, 1949.

3. The Principal Order is hereby amended as follows:

(a) By omitting from the Schedule thereto the word “or” where it appears after the words “net weight” and substituting the
word “of”.

(b) By inserting in the Schedule thereto under the appropriate headings the descriptions of varieties of jam and the prices set out in
the Schedule hereto.
