P ERSUANT to section four of the Cemeteries Act, 1908, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby appoint the several persons whose names are set out in the First Schedule hereto to be the trustees of the cemetery within the meaning of the said Act, known as the Te Uku Cemetery, being the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, and to have the maintenance and care thereof.

ALL that piece of land containing 1 rood 10Β·4 perches, being Lot 2 on a plan deposited in the Land Registry Office at Auckland under No. 36439, being part of Allotment 42 of the Parish of Whaingaroa, and being also part of the land comprised and described in Certificate of Title, Volume 838, folio 138 (Auckland Registry).
