IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section forty-four of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint
William Weaver Cook,
John Lawrence Beales,
Matthew Thomas,
Simon Purvis,
Eric Edward Whitcombe,
Charles Bryce Udy, and John Alan Clulow
to be the Kaitawa Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby appoint Wednesday, the tenth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and forty-nine, at eight o'clock p.m., as the time when, and the Kaitawa Hall, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.
SCHEDULE
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT.—KAITAWA DOMAIN
SUBURBAN Section 13, Town of Kaitawa : Area, 15 acres 0 roods 36 perches, more or less.
Also all that area containing by admeasurement 1 acre, more or less, being Town Section 33 on the plan of the Special Settlement, Township of Kaitawa, and being all the land comprised and described in Certificate of Title, Volume 62, folio 138 (Wellington Registry).

to be the Hanmer Springs Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto ; and doth hereby appoint Saturday, the twenty-third day of July, one thousand nine hundred and forty-nine, at two o'clock p.m., as the time when, and the Hanmer Springs Domain Pavilion as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT.—HANMER SPRINGS DOMAIN
ALL that area containing by admeasurement 24 acres 0 roods 28. perches, more or less, and being Reserve No. 4173 and part of Reserve No. 3942, situated in Block I, Lyndon Survey District, and bounded as follows : Towards the north by Jacks Pass Road, 1683 links ; towards the east generally by other part of Reserve No. 3942 ; towards the south by Section 20 of the Hanmer Plains Village Settlement, 1013·8 links ; and again towards the west by the Woodbank Road, 1759·8 links. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1/861B, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred by section sixty-one of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby direct that from the moneys received in respect of the Tane Domain described in the First Schedule hereto, and at the date hereof lying to the credit of the said domain, a sum not exceeding two hundred and thirty pounds shall be applied in managing, administering, and improving the Carnival Park Domain, described in the Second Schedule hereto.
