Land Taken for the Purpose of an Extension of the Borough Sewerage System in Block II, Puniu Survey District, Waipa County

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purpose of an extension of the Borough sewerage system, and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Burgesses of the Borough of Te Awamutu as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-seventh day of June, one thousand nine hundred and forty-nine.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 9 acres 3 roods.
Being part of the land on D.P. 8025, being part Allotment 317, Mangapiko Parish.

Situated in Block II, Puniu Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 33912.)

In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 128602, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 14th day of June, 1949.

Land Held for Defence Purposes Set Apart for Broadcasting Purposes in Block XII, Belmont Survey District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act, 1928, and section forty-seven of the Public Works Amendment Act, 1948, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto now held for Defence purposes is hereby set apart for broadcasting purposes; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-seventh day of June, one thousand nine hundred and forty-nine.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land set apart: 1 acre 2 roods 34·9 perches.
Being Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5, D.P. 2422, part Section 12, Porirua District.

Situated in Block XII, Belmont Survey District. (S.O. 21026.)

In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 117007, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured sepia.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act, 1928, and section forty-seven of the Public Works Amendment Act, 1948, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto now held for a Courthouse is hereby set apart for housing purposes; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-seventh day of June, one thousand nine hundred and forty-nine.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land set apart: 2 roods 27·87 perches.
Being part Waerenga No. 1 Block.

Situated in Block IX, Waitohu Survey District, Borough of Otaki. (S.O. 21690.)

Pursuant to the Public Works Act, 1928, and section forty-seven of the Public Works Amendment Act, 1948, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for housing purposes, is hereby set apart for the purposes of an aerodrome (housing); and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-seventh day of June, one thousand nine hundred and forty-nine.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land set apart: 1 rood 17·7 perches.
Being Lots 1 and 2, Deposited Plan 1107, and being part Sections 1311, 1312, and 1313, Town of Hokitika (Borough of Hokitika), and being also all the land comprised and described in Certificate of Title, Volume 48, folio 49 (Westland Land Registry).

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 14th day of June, 1949.
