NOTICE is hereby given that the land described in the Schedule hereto has been acquired under the Forests Act, 1921–22, for the purposes of a permanent State forest.

SCHEDULE

NELSON LAND DISTRICT.—NELSON CONSERVANCY

ALL that area in the Nelson Land District, Waimea County, containing by admeasurement 356 acres 1 rood, more or less, being Sections 4 and 5, Block II, and Sections 1 and 2, Block III, Wangapeka Survey District. As the same is more particularly delineated on plan No. 102/23, deposited in the Head Office of the State Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

NOTICE is hereby given that the land described in the Schedule hereto has been acquired under the Forests Act, 1921–22, for the purposes of a permanent State forest.

NELSON LAND DISTRICT.—NELSON CONSERVANCY

ALL that area in the Nelson Land District, Waimea County, containing by admeasurement 115 acres 2 roods 18 perches, more or less, being Sections 5, 6, part of Section 7, and part of Section 17, Square 4, Block VI, Gordon Survey District, and being all the land shown on plan No. 3901, deposited in the office of the District Land Registrar at Nelson. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan No. 108/69, deposited in the Head Office of the State Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

ALL that area in the Nelson Land District, Waimea County, containing by admeasurement 1,033 acres 0 roods 10 perches, more or less, being parts of Sections 48, 49, and 50, part of Section 51, District of Upper Motueka, situated in Blocks I and V, Gordon Survey District, part of Sections 1 and 13, Square 5, situated in Block I, aforesaid, Sections 18, 19, 20, 21, and 26, part of Sections 15 and 17, Block I, Section 4, and part of Section 50, Block V, Gordon Survey District, and being all the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Vol. 98, folio 14 (Nelson Registry). As the same is more particularly delineated on plan No. 108/70, deposited in the Head Office of the State Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered green.

In Bankruptcy.—In the Supreme Court of New Zealand (Northern District)

In the matter of the Administration Act, 1908, Part IV, and in the matter of the estate of REGINALD EDWARD MILLS, late of Drury, Quarry Proprietor, now deceased.

I HEREBY give notice that by an order of the Supreme Court, Auckland, dated the 13th April, 1949, I was appointed administrator of the estate of the above-named REGINALD EDWARD MILLS, and I hereby call a meeting of creditors to be held at my office, 4th Floor, Dilworth Building, Customs Street East, Auckland, on Monday, the 20th day of June, 1949, at the hour of 10.30 a.m. All claims against the above estate must be lodged with me on or before the 13th July, 1949.
