Act, 1947, to appoint on the 4th day of June, 1949—

Notice of Intention to Take Land, Subject as to Part to Certain
Interests, in the Borough of Huntly and Block XV, Rangiriri
Survey District, for Housing Purposes
NOTICE is hereby given that it is proposed, under the provisions
of the Public Works Act, 1928, to take for housing purposes
the land described in the First Schedule hereto, and to take for
housing purposes the land described in the Second Schedule hereto,
subject to the interests reserved by Memorandum of Transfer
registered in the Land Registry Office at Auckland under No. 14739,
and comprised in certificate of title, Volume 32, folio 7, of the said
Registry Office : And notice is hereby further given that the plan
of the land so required to be taken is deposited in the post-office
at Huntly and is there open for inspection ; and that all persons
affected by the taking of the said land should, if they have any
well-grounded objections to the taking of such land, set forth the
same in writing, and send such writing, within forty days from the
first publication of this notice, to the Minister of Works at Wellington,
