Price Order No. 1011 (Amendment No. 2 of Price Order No. 927)
(Honey)

PURSUANT to the powers conferred on it by the Control of
Prices Act, 1947, the Price Tribunal, acting with the authority
of the Minister of Industries and Commerce, doth hereby make
the following amending Price Order:

  1. This Order may be cited as Price Order No. 1011, and shall
    be read together with and deemed part of Price Order No. 927*
    (hereinafter referred to as the principal Order).

  2. This Order shall come into force on the 6th day of June,

  3. The principal Order is hereby amended by revoking clause
    8 and substituting the following clause:
    “8. Notwithstanding anything in the last preceding clause
    and subject to the provisions of clauses 9 and 10 hereof, the maximum
    price that may be charged or received by any retailer for honey sold
    in the comb shall be ls. 9d. per pound or per standard section:
    Provided that where the gross weight of any standard section of
    honey in the comb is less than 14 oz. that section shall be sold at
    the rate of ls. 9d. per pound.”
