A PROCLAMATION
P URSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a public-works depot; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the seventh day of June, one thousand nine hundred and forty-nine.

P URSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for soil-conservation and river-control purposes, and shall vest in the Hawkes Bay Catchment Board as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the seventh day of June, one thousand nine hundred and forty-nine.
