A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a further portion of the South Island Main Trunk Railway (South End) (64 m. to 66 m. and 73 m. to 73 m. 30 chs.) and that the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road-diversions in connection therewith.
