Additional Land Taken for an Aerodrome in Block I, Paekakariki Survey District

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for an aerodrome; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the thirtieth day of May, one thousand nine hundred and forty-nine.

0 0 32 Part Section 11, Wainui District, being also Lot 14 on D.P. 13961, Town of Raumati Extension No. 78, situated in Block I, Paekakariki Survey District, and being the whole of the land comprised and described in Certificate of Title, Volume 539, folio 62 (Wellington Land Registry).

0 0 33·42 Part Section 11, Wainui District, being also Lot 12 on D.P. 13961, Town of Raumati Extension No. 78, situated in Block I, Paekakariki Survey District, and being the whole of the land comprised and described in Certificate of Title, Volume 538, folio 158 (Wellington Land Registry).

0 0 34·55 Part Section 11, Wainui District, being also Lot 13 on D.P. 13961, Town of Raumati Extension No. 78, situated in Block I, Paekakariki Survey District, and being the whole of the land comprised and described in Certificate of Title, Volume 538, folio 161 (Wellington Land Registry).

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 21st day of May, 1949.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for an aerodrome; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the thirtieth day of May, one thousand nine hundred and forty-nine.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 3 acres 1 rood 24·6 perches.

Being Lot I, D.P. 27101, being part Lot 11 on Record Map 102R, and being part of Old Land Claim No. 6.

Situated in Block VIII, Opoe Survey District, and Block X, Rangaunu Survey District.

In the North Auckland Land District.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for sand-dune reclamation; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the thirtieth day of May, one thousand nine hundred and forty-nine.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 15 acres 2 roods.

Being part Manawatu-Kukutauaki 7H Block.

Situated in Block III, Moutere Survey District. (S.O. 21888.)

In the Wellington Land District: as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 129067, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.
