THE CAWTHRON INSTITUTE TRUST BOARD EMPOWERING ACT, 1949 In the matter of a private estate Bill intended to be brought into the General Assembly of New Zealand the short title of which is "The Cawthron Institute Trust Board Empowering Act, 1949." IN pursuance of the standing rules and orders of the General Assembly of New Zealand relating to Private Bills, notice is hereby given that the Cawthron Institute Trust Board, incorporated under the Thomas Cawthron Trust Act, 1924, having its office in the City of Nelson, intends to present a petition to the General Assembly of New Zealand at the next session of the said General Assembly to be held thirty days after the last publication of this advertisement praying and applying for leave to bring in a Private Bill to be called The Cawthron Institute Trust Board Empowering Act, 1949. The objects for the proposed Bill are- 1.
