A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a further portion of the South Island Main Trunk Railway; and that the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road-diversions in connection therewith.
