Domain Board Appointed to Have Control of the Te Teko Domain

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section forty-four of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint
Charles Francis Eivers,
Fenton Butler,
Thomas Herbert Macken,
Richard Tau Park,
Tamehana Gardiner,
George Godley Nation, and Jack Moulden
to be the Te Teko Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby appoint Thursday, the twenty-sixth day of May, one thousand nine hundred and forty-nine, at eight o'clock p.m., as the time when, and the Te Teko School as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

James Thomas Fillans Curragh, Harold Churton Wild, Robert Forrester Whitham, Alexander Phillips, and Laurence Patrick Manion
to be the Weedon Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby appoint Monday, the thirtieth day of May, one thousand nine hundred and forty-nine, at eight o'clock p.m., as the time when, and the Schoolroom, Weedon, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

Appointing the Registration Office for the Waimate Branding Registration District.--(Notice No. Ag. 4659)

WHEREAS it is expedient that the place appointed to be the registration office for the Waimate Branding Registration District as defined by Warrant under the hand of the Governor dated the eighteenth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and fifteen, be changed from the City of Timaru as set out in the said Warrant to the Borough of Waimate:
Now, therefore, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred upon me by the Stock Act, 1908, do hereby appoint the Borough of Waimate to be the registration office for the Waimate Branding Registration District, as defined in the said Warrant, in lieu of the City of Timaru, being the place hitherto appointed as the registration office for the said district; and I do hereby declare that this Warrant shall come into operation on the first day of June, one thousand nine hundred and forty-nine.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General this 3rd day of May, 1949.

Revoking Appointment of Trustees for Ealing Cemetery

WHEREAS by a certain Warrant of the sixteenth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-eight, published in the Gazette on the twenty-eighth day of June of the same year at page 2124, His Excellency the Governor-General pursuant to section fifty-five of the Cemeteries Act, 1908 (inter alia), appointed the Coldstream Road Board to be trustees to provide for the main- tenance and care of the Ealing Public Cemetery:
And whereas by a special order pursuant to section twenty-seven of the Countries Act, 1920, made on the thirteenth day of February, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-six, and published in the Gazette on the twenty-seventh day of February of the same year at page 347, the Coldstream Road District was on or after the thirty-first day of March of the same year merged in the County of Ashburton, and the said Coldstream Road Board was abolished:
And whereas by virtue of section thirty-two of the Counties Act, 1920, all functions, powers, rights, and duties theretofore vested in or imposed upon the said Coldstream Road Board thereupon became vested in or imposed upon the Ashburton County Council:
