A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section twenty-nine of the Public Works
Amendment Act, 1948, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard
Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New
Zealand, do hereby proclaim as street the land described in the
Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as street:
1·86 perches
Being part of Section 596, Town of Wellington.

Situated in Block VI, Port Nicholson Survey District.
(S.O. 21750.) (City of Wellington.)

In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particu-
larly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 129008, deposited in
the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon
coloured blue.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the
Seal of that Dominion, this 10th day of May, 1949.

Purposes in Block XV, Rangitoto Survey District

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, and section forty-
seven of the Public Works Amendment Act, 1948, I,
Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and
declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for
Post and Telegraph purposes, is hereby set apart for housing
purposes; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take
effect on and after the sixteenth day of May, one thousand nine
hundred and forty-nine.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land set apart: 2 roods.
Being Lots 38 and 39, Deposited Plan 13, being part Section “A,”
Hutt Small Farm Block (Township of Sandon.)

Situated in Block XV, Rangitoto Survey District. (S.O. 21662.)

larly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 128835, deposited in
the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon
coloured blue.

District

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-
General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of
the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that
the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a
public school, and shall vest in the Education Board of the District
of Canterbury as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I
do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and
after the sixteenth day of May, one thousand nine hundred and
forty-nine.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 7 acres.
Being Lots 6, 7, and 8, D.P. 1185, part of Rural Section 345A.

Situated in Block XI, Christchurch Survey District (Canterbury
R.D.). (S.O. 7966.)

In the Canterbury Land District; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 128704, deposited
in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon
edged red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the
Seal of that Dominion, this 5th day of May, 1949.
