NOTICE is hereby given that the land described in the Schedule
hereto has been acquired under the Forests Act, 1921-22, for
the purposes of a permanent State forest.

SCHEDULE

NELSON LAND DISTRICT.-NELSON CONSERVANCY

ALL that area in the Nelson Land District, Waimea County, con-
taining by admeasurement 426 acres 1 rood 5 perches, more or less,
being Section 15, Square 20, and Sections 17, 100, and 101, Block VII,
Wakapuaka Survey District, and Section 3, Block VIII, Wakapuaka
Survey District, and being all the land comprised and described in
certificates of title, Vol. 19, folios 196 and 197, Vol. 22, folio 216,
and Vol. 48, folios 187 and 260 (Nelson Land Registry). As the
same is more particularly delineated on plan No. 103/29, deposited
in the Head Office of the State Forest Service at Wellington, and

and a discharge of the said mortgage without production of the
